The challenge: to offer a management development programme that is not standardised, but capable of adapting to on-the-ground realities, corporate cultures and managers’ levels of maturity.

To meet this challenge, we have designed our Managers programme, a bespoke, flexible and scalable experience.

The oil spill ⛎

We have worked with several major international industrial groups to strengthen leadership and the management of high-stakes situations within teams.

The challenge: to deliver an immersive learning experience capable of putting participants in the thick of action in complex, high-pressure scenarios, whilst ensuring a high level of engagement.

To meet this challenge, we designed an immersive serious game: “The Oil Spill”.

A life-size scenario in which participants must make rapid decisions, coordinate their teams and manage communication in a crisis situation.

Transformation đŸ”„

We worked with a major African banking group to support a large-scale managerial transformation.

The challenge: to bring together 200 managers for a one-day seminar and turn it into a real catalyst for ownership of the transformation, moving from a top-down vision to concrete, hands-on commitment.

To achieve this, we designed an immersive “Transformation” seminar, structured around dynamic sessions, collective intelligence and practical exercises.

The aim: to enable managers, in a single day, to experience the behaviours expected of them in their day-to-day work (co-creation, decision-making, communication, commitment).

Who wants to become more ethical?

We worked with a major international industrial group to promote professional ethics and prevent risks within their teams.

The challenge: to deploy immersive and digital training on a global scale (France, China, Germany, Switzerland, etc.), while ensuring a high level of engagement.
To meet this challenge, we designed an educational serious game that fosters learner involvement, memorization of key messages, and improved knowledge retention on sensitive topics.

SEXIST HARASSMENT

We worked with an industrial client facing issues related to respect and inappropriate behavior, particularly sexism.

The challenge was to adapt the training to three distinct audiences: field teams with limited digital skills, managers, and support teams.

We deployed a multimodal approach (in-person, hybrid, and remote), demonstrating a strong ability to adapt to real-world situations.
