The information collected includes surname, first name, employer, occupation, email and postal address, telephone number, as well as any other relevant information.
The collection of data concerning the trainee, when carried out via the employer, fulfils the legal obligation of employers to provide training for their employees. When data is collected directly from the trainee, it fulfils the legal obligation set out in Article L6313-1 of the Labour Code.
Processing of your personal data
We collect your data primarily to enable you to:

- Find out more about DMM and our commercial offers,
- Contact us for any enquiries or to request a quote,
- Access our training catalogues.
Data transfers outside the European Union
When using certain tools or technical service providers, personal data may be transferred outside the European Union. In such cases, Groupe DMM ensures that these transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR, such as the signing of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or the existence of an adequacy decision.
Data retention period

- Data relating to allergies or disabilities: only for the duration of the training course.
- Data collected via artificial intelligence tools: retained only for the period strictly necessary to provide the service and, where applicable, for a maximum period of 1 year.
- Cookies: maximum 13 months.
